Detoxifying or cleansing the body of those chemicals is important in any fitness program in order to provide more energy to the cells and help vital organs increase in efficiency. WUN Fit Detox, as part of the Supplement Protocol, is designed to help cleanse the body of toxins.
Assimilation: Most supplements do not absorb fully into the blood stream on their own, and the body does not make use of the nutrients found in the supplement without some assistance. Without assistance, a good portion of the supplement goes to waste.
WUN Fit supplements and protein powders use the patented Assimilation Enhancing System (AES®) to ensure maximum absorption and effectiveness. Nutrition: When you get right down to it, weight loss and fitness are simply a matter of mathematics: Calories in versus calories out. Dietary Protocol
Any fitness goal, including weight loss, is not eating less food. It is eating foods that contain more nutrients. The following is a dietary outline to help you gain the nutrients and calories your body needs while working toward your fitness goals.

Stop eating low fat foods. These include low fat yogurt, margarine, non-fat milk, etc. These foods disrupt the balance of good fats necessary for your liver to produce HDL. Also, these foods contain many sugars, which contributes to weight gain. Just eat regular foods.

Cut out all trans fatty acids. These include margarine, vegetable oil, hydrogenated vegetable oils, shortening, etc. Use butter or bacon grease when cooking. Use virgin vegetable oils for salad dressing. Do not cook with virgin oils; if you cook them, they are not virgin anymore.

Drink at least half of your body weight converted to ounces of water per day. Example: If you weigh 200 lbs., drink 100 oz. of water daily.

Eat lots of dark green leafy vegetables. We recommend about six servings a day and one citrus fruit daily. Your plate should have one-third cooked food and two-thirds vegetables.

Cut out all white food. This includes white bread, white pasta, potatoes, white rice, etc. Use brown rice, spinach pasta, white grain breads, etc.

REMEMBER, eating healthy is what you do most of the time, not some of the time. In other words, if you want to have a piece of pie or cake after a good meal, go ahead, as long as you do this only once a week, not every day. Also, as you work through this weight-loss program, this is a process that can’t and shouldn’t be completed overnight. Give it time and work on changing your habits that have been built up over a lifetime.

These tear-and-pour packets are designed to help you stay hydrated and reach your fitness goals. They safely work to help curb cravings, increase energy levels, and burn calories. Each flavor is built on a formula that sustains nutrients, allowing for greater absorption and optimal calorie burning.
Mix contents of stick packet with six (6) to eight (8) ounces of water.
Limit use of Health Boosting Drink Mix to one packet per meal, two times daily, to start. Once comfortable with the effects, you may increase or decrease intake. Always take with a meal.
Other Suggestions
With this program, we also suggest stress relieving exercise for at least 15 minutes a day. Concentration exercises—walking, yoga, physical activity, mediation, or prayer—are a great way to start. You can then extend your exercise duration by five minutes every month to increase your endurance, strength, and health.
We also suggest you find a hobby that you love, something that makes you happy. Then do it at least once a week.
Finally, get an adequate night’s rest; go to bed early (like 10:00 p.m.) and wake up early (maybe 6:00 a.m.).
